It began in a small Parisian bistro.
As Muslim-Americans, we were accustomed to navigating menus that offered little beyond tap water. But this restaurant was different — they presented a thoughtfully curated selection of premium 0.0% wines with the same reverence as their alcoholic counterparts.
That first sip was revelatory.
Complex. Elegant. Sophisticated. Everything we'd been told non-alcoholic wine couldn't be.
We realized: If wines this exceptional existed, why were they hidden from American consumers?
That question launched our journey across European vineyards, Spanish bodegas, and French estates — sourcing only the top 3% of non-alcoholic wines that pass our blind taste tests against traditional wines.
