At Drink Point Zero, your satisfaction matters. We stand behind every bottle we ship — and if something isn't right, we'll make it right. Here's our complete returns and refunds policy.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

Glass and beverages can be subject to breakage during transit. When your order arrives, please inspect it immediately. If anything is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible with photos of the damage.

We'll take care of it — replacements are sent promptly at no additional cost to you.

Please note: Refunds for damages reported more than 14 days after delivery cannot be processed.


Refund Policy

Refunds are issued after the condition of returned items is assessed through photo evidence or physical inspection. Once confirmed, refunds are processed electronically and you'll receive a confirmation email.

Please note: Refunds are not provided based on personal taste preference — our wines are premium products and we encourage trying our sampler selections before committing to a full case.


Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns of unused and unopened items within 14 days of the delivery date. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs (typically higher than the standard flat rate). No restocking fee is charged, but the original shipping cost will be deducted from your final refund.

To initiate a return, contact our team at hello@drinkpointzero.com. Once your return is approved, we'll email you a prepaid return label. Items can be dropped off at your local post office or nearest UPS location.

Items sent back without a prior return request will not be accepted.

For exchanges, notify us of your request, return the original item once approved, and place a separate purchase for the new item. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase.

If the return results from our error — an incorrect or defective item — we cover all return shipping costs.


Refund Timeline

Once we receive your return, please allow up to 4 weeks for your refund to be fully processed. In most cases it happens faster. The timeline includes: transit time back to us (5–10 business days), our inspection and processing (3–5 business days), and your bank's processing time (5–10 business days).


Exceptions

We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
