We want the box to arrive intact and on time, so you can get to the part that matters — the pour. Here's how we ship.
What does shipping cost?
Free shipping on orders over $59. Under that, a flat $9.99. Both rates include insurance — if the glass doesn't survive the trip, you're covered.
Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands ship at carrier rates, calculated at checkout.
We ship within the United States only.
How long will my order take?
Orders are typically fulfilled within 1–3 business days, then 1–6 business days in transit depending on where you are.
Everything ships from our fulfillment center in California, by UPS or USPS depending on the destination. There are no carrier pickups on Saturdays or Sundays, so orders placed over the weekend go out Monday.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll get an email with tracking. Allow up to 24 hours after pickup for the carrier to generate tracking details.
Are there addresses you can't ship to?
We're unable to ship to APO, FPO or DPO addresses. For a PO Box, email us before ordering and we'll sort out the details.
What if something's wrong with my delivery?
If a bottle arrives damaged, photograph it and email us — replacements go out at no cost to you. Full details on the Returns & Refunds page.
