Non-alcoholic wine has burned a lot of people. You've probably had one that tasted like grape juice with ambition, and quietly decided the whole category wasn't for you.
We could tell you ours are different. We'd rather you find out without the gamble.
Try your first bottle. If you don't love it, we'll make it right — a different bottle better suited to your taste, or a refund. Your call. And don't send it back: keep it, or pass it to someone curious.
No justification required. You don't have to explain yourself, and we won't ask you to prove anything.
How it works
- Open it and pour it properly. Chill the whites and sparkling, give the reds a little air. It's wine — treat it like wine.
- If it's not for you, email hello@drinkpointzero.com within 30 days of delivery. Tell us what didn't work — too sweet, too thin, not what you expected. That's genuinely useful to us.
- Choose your remedy. We'll suggest a bottle we think fits you better, or refund you. Whichever you prefer.
- Keep the bottle. No return, no label, no repacking.
The specifics
The guarantee covers one bottle from your first order, within 30 days of delivery, once per customer. That's the whole of it.
We keep it to one bottle for a simple reason: it exists to remove the risk of trying us, not to underwrite a cellar. One bottle is enough to find out whether we're telling the truth about how this tastes — and that's the only question worth de-risking.
