Shipping policy

Rates. Free shipping on orders over $59. Under that, a flat $9.99. Both rates include coverage — if your order does not survive the trip, breakage or heat, you are covered. Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands ship at carrier rates, calculated at checkout.

Where we ship. Within the United States only. We are unable to ship to APO, FPO or DPO addresses. For a PO Box, email us before ordering and we will sort out the details.

Timing. Orders are typically fulfilled within 1–3 business days, then 1–6 business days in transit depending on where you are. Everything ships from our fulfillment center in California, by UPS or USPS depending on the destination. There are no carrier pickups on Saturdays or Sundays, so orders placed over the weekend go out Monday.

Tracking. Once your order ships you will get an email with tracking. Allow up to 24 hours after pickup for the carrier to generate tracking details.
