Espadafor Whissin Non-Alcoholic Whiskey

Whissin is a Spanish non-alcoholic whiskey-style spirit from Espadafor, made with the same grains as whisky but macerated rather than fermented. It arrives as a concentrate, which is the part most people miss.
Dilute one part Whissin to three parts water, soda or ginger ale. Poured neat it is far too intense; built long over ice it opens into soft caramel, malt and cereal with a rounded, gently oaked finish.

Is Point Zero really 0.0% alcohol?
Yes. Point Zero is 0.0% alcohol — not "low" or "reduced." Some of our wines are crafted the traditional way and then have the alcohol removed; others are made without fermentation, so they never contained alcohol to begin with. Either way, it's 0.0%. And 0.0% isn't the loose "non-alcoholic" label (allowed up to 0.5% ABV): if a wine isn't 0.0%, we don't carry it.
