Vanilla, toffee and cinnamon over a deep, woody base.
Le Petit Béret builds this in the south of France by infusing botanicals and natural extracts in water rather than distilling them in alcohol. There is no fermentation and no dealcoholization step — the wood, vanilla and spice are what went in.
It is warm and full rather than sharp, which is what makes it work in a tall glass. Cola, ginger beer and lime all find something to hold onto here.

Is Point Zero really 0.0% alcohol?
Yes. Point Zero is 0.0% alcohol — not "low" or "reduced." Some of our wines are crafted the traditional way and then have the alcohol removed; others are made without fermentation, so they never contained alcohol to begin with. Either way, it's 0.0%. And 0.0% isn't the loose "non-alcoholic" label (allowed up to 0.5% ABV): if a wine isn't 0.0%, we don't carry it.
