Little Saints - St. Ember (Mezcal Style)

St. Ember is the mezcal-style pour from Little Saints, made in Framingham, Massachusetts. Its soul is Palo Santo extract, drawn from fallen wood harvested sustainably in Peru's Manga Manga forest, and one percent of every bottle's proceeds goes back into reforesting the same forest. Ginger and cardamom wrap around it, with 100mg of organic lion's mane extract in every serving.
Spicy, smoky, woodsy. The palo santo gives it a fragrant, golden-hour character that can genuinely stand alone in a glass.

Is Point Zero really 0.0% alcohol?
Yes. Point Zero is 0.0% alcohol — not "low" or "reduced." Some of our wines are crafted the traditional way and then have the alcohol removed; others are made without fermentation, so they never contained alcohol to begin with. Either way, it's 0.0%. And 0.0% isn't the loose "non-alcoholic" label (allowed up to 0.5% ABV): if a wine isn't 0.0%, we don't carry it.

Point Zero requires a complex two-step process: first creating premium wine, then using advanced dealcoholization technology to remove 100% of alcohol while preserving taste.
