NON2 is built in Melbourne like a wine, without ever being one. Pears are roasted until their sugars caramelise, then steeped overnight. Spiced black tea brings the tannin, kombu and olive brine the salinity, and verjus pressed from Barossa Valley Semillon the acidity. Agave and vanilla round it into balance.
The result is bold and buttery with a lingering spice finish — a sparkling made for the table, not the sideboard.

Is Point Zero really 0.0% alcohol?
Yes. Point Zero is 0.0% alcohol — not "low" or "reduced." Some of our wines are crafted the traditional way and then have the alcohol removed; others are made without fermentation, so they never contained alcohol to begin with. Either way, it's 0.0%. And 0.0% isn't the loose "non-alcoholic" label (allowed up to 0.5% ABV): if a wine isn't 0.0%, we don't carry it.
