Cherries stewed with spice, then cold-brew coffee for the finish. No added sugar.
NON builds this in Melbourne like a wine, without ever being one. Cherries and a spice mix of pink peppercorn, garam masala, allspice and nutmeg go into the oven for two hours, until the spices bloom and the fruit caramelises into something closer to jam. Cold-brew arabica adds the tannin and a chocolate finish, Murray River salt the salinity, and verjus from Barossa Valley Semillon the acidity.
Nothing is added to balance it. The sugar in the bottle is the sugar in the cherries. Rich, dark and spiced, with the coffee sitting underneath rather than on top.

Is Point Zero really 0.0% alcohol?
Yes. Point Zero is 0.0% alcohol — not "low" or "reduced." Some of our wines are crafted the traditional way and then have the alcohol removed; others are made without fermentation, so they never contained alcohol to begin with. Either way, it's 0.0%. And 0.0% isn't the loose "non-alcoholic" label (allowed up to 0.5% ABV): if a wine isn't 0.0%, we don't carry it.
