ÔPIA never contained alcohol — by design. Pierre Chavin builds it from organic Cabernet Sauvignon without fermenting a wine and stripping it back, so there is no dealcoholization step and nothing to remove.
Pale pink and quietly aromatic, it opens on red fruit and closes somewhere sharper — a tangy grapefruit lift that stops it going soft. That finish is the reason it works at a table rather than only on a terrace.

Is Point Zero really 0.0% alcohol?
Yes. Point Zero is 0.0% alcohol — not "low" or "reduced." Some of our wines are crafted the traditional way and then have the alcohol removed; others are made without fermentation, so they never contained alcohol to begin with. Either way, it's 0.0%. And 0.0% isn't the loose "non-alcoholic" label (allowed up to 0.5% ABV): if a wine isn't 0.0%, we don't carry it.

Point Zero requires a complex two-step process: first creating premium wine, then using advanced dealcoholization technology to remove 100% of alcohol while preserving taste. This specialized process, combined with premium imported grapes and smaller production runs, reflects in our pricing. You're paying for sophisticated craftsmanship and guaranteed quality.
